Iperform 70 Brings Lasting Good Looks to Co-Working Space
For the 2026 Clerkenwell Design Week, interior architecture practice House of Interpretation transformed the reception area of Business Cube’s Farringdon co-work space in London into a multi-purpose reception, lounge and meeting point. For the entrance and walkway flooring, they chose IVC Commercial’s Elias T32 from the Iperform 70 range. The plank-free wood pattern of this compact flooring creates a refined veneer look, complementing the organic curves of the deep-pile carpet used to define the different areas. The light oak finish was selected to balance the carpet’s pale cream tones.

Belgian Expo 2025 Pavilion Chooses IVC Flooring for High-Traffic Performance
When you’re expecting 25 million visitors, only the toughest flooring will do. For their innovative, water-themed Belgian pavilion at Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan, the design studio Carré 7 chose Iperform 70 and Isafe 70, our heavy-duty compact flooring suitable for the most demanding, high-traffic areas. On behalf of clients BelExpo, they selected a variety of designs with the organic looks of concrete, stone, terrazzo and woven textile, in natural colours ranging from pale cream to dark grey.
The pavilion was required to be both temporary and sustainable, which meant every material had to be easily dismantled and re-used. Interior designer Aurore Dosogne remarked: ‘Unilin really won us over with its products, which were as attractive as they were sustainable and innovative'.

Representing an investment of some £10m by Cornerstone Healthcare, Cale View is a purpose-built home in Wincanton that provides specialist NHS and Somerset County Council funded accommodation for a range of primary care needs.
