"When Tangram was just starting this project, I came along to introduce the Moduleo 55 Expressive collection," says Marcel Lapère, Sector Manager for IVC Commercial. "This collection appealed because it contains very distinctive designs, not the usual stone or wood imitations, but something different. The Mystical design, for example, is a combination of wood and textile with different textures and colours, which creates a special effect. This was exactly what Tangram wanted to convey with the project." The Moduleo 55 Expressive floors have been applied in the flats and in the common areas, with installation work carried out by Erkamp Project Service.

Luxury vinyl tiles fit well in a project like this because safety and maintenance are also very important. Moduleo 55 Expressive has a very strong wear layer of 0.55 mm, ensuring a long life with only limited periodic maintenance needed. Daily cleaning of the floor is easy and ensures the necessary levels of hygiene can be maintained. Also used in classrooms as an example, the floor is suitable for intensive commercial use.
Moduleo 55 Expressive floors also pass the industry-recognised incline and pendulum test with flying colours. Their anti-slip value is set at R10. Cleaning can generally be carried out using the minimum amount of water and cleaning products.
