Floors for co-living
Circle Square is Manchester’s newest neighbourhood. Comprising green areas, office space, retail and leisure, student accommodation and co-living space, it represents the future of urban living for young people seeking a way of life grounded in experiences and like-minded community.
Vita Living is at the heart of this new neighbourhood with luxury studios and one, two and three-bedroom apartments. With impressive amenities including co-working, gym, roof terrace and large outdoor space, bookable private dining and 24/7 concierge; it’s the perfect example of co-living of a high standard.
Totalling to approximately 50,000m2 of high-quality Luxury Vinyl Tiles in a variety of wood and stone effects, the project continues our relationship with Vita Living which has also seen our floors used at the city's Riverside development.
Floors for student accommodation
Student accommodation shares many similarities with PRS, with spaces that respond to the living and social needs of the student community. Fresh Student Living’s PBSA in the city of Galway, Ireland, is a model of off-campus city centre living for today’s students.
Carpet tiles for the cinema and corridors, award-winning LayRed 55 for bedrooms and shared areas and herringbone Luxury Vinyl Tiles for shared living spaces: it’s a great example of how we provide solutions that respond to the needs of owners and students alike.
Floors for retirement living
Delivering a mix of private accommodation, communal spaces and on-site health and care facilities, retirement living faces a unique challenge: an environment that responds to a wide range of physical and mental needs while remaining attractive to potential tenants.
With on-site hair and beauty salons as well as communal lounges, Scarborough’s Briar Dene is a purpose-built residential care facility focused on the best quality of life. The flooring was selected on an area-by-area basis, considering the activity within that space and how flooring can enhance tenant’s comfort.
Making co-living quieter
Our acoustic solutions can help to combat noise within co-living environments. Reducing impact noise by up to 22dB, it’s a significant contribution to co-living spaces that are more comfortable for tenants.

LayRed 55
Fast to fit without glue across a range of subfloor conditions, LayRed 55 is our acoustic engineered vinyl flooring. Combatting impact sound by 22dB it welcomes tenants with a home-like feel in a range of authentic looking wood planks and stone tiles.
Optimise 70
Ideal for co-living projects where hygiene and durability are priorities, Optimise 70 is a sheet vinyl floor that provides 19dB if impact sound reduction. Available in 54 looks to deliver the function of a seamless floor with home-like style.
Responsibly made and readily available
Our floors for co-living are made in Europe using a 100% European supply chain. With our own wind farm, super-efficient production cooling and floors with recycled content from our on-site recycling plant, we’re working hard to reduce the impact of our floors.
