Affinity Living Trinity Riverside
Affinity Living Trinity Riverside offers luxurious PRS accommodation across a mixture of studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments with 15 different layout styles. Including co-working space and lounges, Trinity Riverside serves the needs of today’s young professionals.
We worked to deliver affordable floor finishes that would uphold the high living standards of the project, while also fulfilling the need to maximise ongoing profitability. Across 11,000m2 of floor space, we provided LVT for apartment living areas, off-site constructed bathroom pods, communal amenity space, corridors and lift lobbies.
Crown Place Student Accommodation
With similar ambitions to long-term private rentals for millennial professionals, Cardiff’s Crown Place student accommodation offers 397 bedrooms over seven floors, as well as social spaces including study areas, cinemas, dining room, gym and lounge with games and servery areas.
For Crown Place’s apartment living areas and bathroom pod flooring, a mixture of our LVT and safety sheet vinyl were specified by interior design practice, Studio Cwtch.
